Barbour Pointe’s ownership model is unique for Savannah and Coastal Georgia and has played an essential role in the development of the community. Purchasers will own improvements “above the dirt” in condominium style ownership.Within the home site envelopes, purchasers will be allowed to build homes ranging from 1,500 to 4,000 square feet and will have exclusive use rights in a zone approximately 15 ft outside the developed foot print to include area covered by driveways and sidewalks. Outside the 15 ft zone, the property will be under the control of the Property Owners Association for the benefit of all residents.
